Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer
.
Role involves handling initial inquiries and incidents reported by Customers.
Providing troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, including tasks like password resets, software installs as well as providing support for software and hardware.
QualificationsThe successful applicant will have a good understanding of networking and Microsoft 365 along with strong communication and organisational skills.
The successful candidate should have a good working knowledge of the following areas:
- Microsoft 365 (Email and SharePoint/One Drive)
- Active Directory
- DNS, DHCP, File & Print
Windows 10 & 11 support.
Microsoft Office Applications
It would be advantageous for the candidate to have some knowledge in the following areas:
- Virtualisation technologies
- Switching & Firewall technologies
- Backup software for Servers and Microsoft 365
- 3CX Telephone systems
