HR Officer

About the Role

We are supporting a client in searching for an HR Officer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose‑led charity organisation, offering fast paced and rewarding work.

• Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees
• Manage Employee Relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance
• Prepare HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR projects
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation

• CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards
• Previous experience in an HR role with ER case exposure
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Comfortable working in a structured, process‑led environment
• Professional, confidential, and approachable

Location:

Bolton
Salary: £28,000
Working Pattern:
Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home

Hours:

9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
