Employee Relations, Talent Manager
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
I m pleased to be supporting our client in the search for an HR Officer to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-led charity organisation, offering fast paced and rewarding work.
The RoleReporting to the HR Manager, the HR Officer will provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, working closely with the Central Services team. The role will support a range of HR projects led by the HR Manager and play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees
- Manage Employee Relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance
- Prepare HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR projects
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards
- Previous experience in an HR role with ER case exposure
Strong organisational and administrative skills - Comfortable working in a structured, process-led environment
