🎓 Qualifications
Required:
- NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted-registered children's home
- Experience supervising staff
- Experience supporting children with learning disabilities

🌟 Who we are looking for…We are looking for an experienced, passionate Registered Manager who can confidently lead a children’s residential service and maintain the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
You will:
- ✨ Use your leadership skills to run all aspects of the home

- ✨ Build on an already successful and established service
- ✨ Ensure high-quality, child-centred care
You must also demonstrate strong knowledge of:
- Children’s Regulations
- The Quality Standards
- Every Child Matters
- Ofsted expectations and inspections
A Full UK Driving Licence and own transport is an advantage.
