Are you passionate about financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvement? We’re seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Finance team to assist with expense forecasting, reporting simplification, portfolio analysis, and to provide insights to influence business strategy.
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst, you’ll support the delivery of UK&I expense forecasts and budgets, contribute to group reporting and results analysis, and develop dashboards to communicate performance insights.
- Support the delivery of consolidated UK&I forecasts and budgets
- Assist in the timely and accurate delivery of group reporting
- Lead report simplification through redesign and redevelopment of reporting
- Build strong relationships with finance business partners to understand MI priorities
- Gather and analyse relevant data to assess business productivity metrics and identify trends
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate performance insights clearly
- Support investment portfolio by maintaining business case templates, consolidated portfolio forecasts, and analysing risks/opportunities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision‑making and evaluate financial impact of projects and investments

- Be a qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with finance planning, reporting and analysis experience, preferably within insurance or finance sectors
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle large data volumes and summarise key points effectively
- Advanced MI tools proficiency, including Anaplan, Power BI, Power Pivot
- Strong communication skills to convey complex insights clearly and professionally
- Proven ability to deliver under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High integrity in handling confidential and sensitive data
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
