Secured Loan Advisor (Second Charge) – Bolton | Market-Leading Basic + Bonus | Excellent Culture
Salary up to £35000 + bonus + flexi hours + hybrid
Are you an experienced Second Charge / Secured Loan Advisor looking to join a business that genuinely values quality advice, compliance, and customer outcomes? We're looking for a driven, customer-focused advisor to join our Bolton-based team. As a Secured Loan Advisor, you will guide customers through the second charge lending journey, ensuring advice is compliant, tailored, and in their best interests.
Responsibilities- Conducting initial security and Data Protection (DPA) checks
- Reviewing detailed fact-finds to fully understand customers financial circumstances
- Gaining consent and carrying out credit searches using system scripts
- Matching customers with the most suitable lender and product based on their needs
- Managing the full advice process, including documentation and paperwork
- Proven experience in second charge / secured loans in an advisory role
- A strong track record in a target-driven environment
- CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 completed
- Solid understanding of FCA regulation, DPA, and AML
- Confident user of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Tenacious, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Professional, ethical, and customer-focused
- A strong team player with a positive attitude
Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
