Credit Control Key Account Handler

Description

We’ve an opportunity to join our Credit Control team. You'll be part of a team that is responsible for debt collection activity, resolving queries and reducing aged debt through review and analysis of insurance broker partner accounts. This involves making and receiving telephone calls, which requires strong communication skills and the ability to develop great relationships.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attendance at our Bolton office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and maintaining great relationships with external partners and internal AXA colleagues.
• Providing a quality debt collection service.
• Providing appropriate and timely resolutions to account queries.
• Identifying and escalating all late broker payments to minimise potential bad debt.

What you’ll bring:

• Credit Control experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Experience of building relationships with customers.
• Previous experience working in an office environment.
• Willing to learn and takes pride in producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset and enjoys problem solving.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
