Lead Electronics Test Engineer

The successful Lead Test Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the efficient production of a range of mission critical electronic and mechanical devices;

undertaking troubleshooting and resolving issues, maintaining detailed documentation adhering to quality and safety standards. The ideal Lead Electronics Test Engineer will bring: A formal Electronic Engineering qualification (HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent). Hands-on fault finding skills, SMT soldering skills and experience of working with a range of test equipment. Knowledge of electronic assembly techniques and a good understanding of manufacturing processes.

Ability to read schematics. Familiarity with EMC standards.

Experience of leading a small team of technicians. Strong communication skills.
