The Role As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining a range of modern manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced but well-supported environment.

Key responsibilities:

Electrical & mechanical fault finding on production machinery Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Reactive breakdowns to minimise downtime Supporting continuous improvement activities Working as part of a skilled, close-knit engineering team Shift Pattern 2 Days / 2 Nights / 4 Off Excellent work-life balance Plenty of rest days built into the rota Salary & Benefits £45,000 – £55,000 base salary (depending on experience) Overtime available Company pension Training & development opportunities Long-term job security with a growing business What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Manufacturing / FMCG / industrial background Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ / HNC / apprenticeship) Positive attitude and team-player mindset ?
