Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer – Marseille Networks

CRP Group is working with a leading automotive manufacturer that specialises in the design and build of vehicles. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their Engineering team. You will report directly to the Engineering Manager and play a key role in the full Product Development Lifecycle, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation programmes.

• Design, implement and maintain vehicle electrical systems using industry‑standard CAD engineering software.
• Develop detailed electrical schematics and wiring layouts.
• Produce accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) in line with customer specifications.
• Develop and maintain project costs, schedules and delivery timelines.
• Provide technical support to Sales, Production and Aftersales teams.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure full quality assurance, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and support all relevant approval and certification processes.

• Proven experience in vehicle electrical systems, with specific knowledge of power, battery systems and/or subsystem architecture.
• Demonstrated leadership capability within a medium to heavy engineering environment or complex system applications.
• Strong understanding of physical testing and validation processes.
• High level of attention to detail and strong problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
