The Governors are looking to appoint a School Meals Advisory Assistant.

School Meals Supervisory Assistant
Grade:
Grade B Scale Point 3-4 £ 24,796 to £25,185
Actual Salary: £4,903 to £4,980

Hours:

8.75 hours per week, term time only.
Working hours are 11.30am-1.15pm Monday-Friday.
We are a one form entry primary school where we aim to help all our children

Duties include:

• Encouraging children to eat their meals
• Organising play sessions
• Administering minor first aid treatment and changing children’s clothing on rare occasions
• Encouraging good behaviour
• Resolving minor disputes
• Supervision of all areas both inside and outside where the pupils congregate during lunchtime
• Supervision of queues waiting to enter the dining room
• Ensuring that all pupils return to the classroom
• Leaving the dining room in a tidy condition
• Good verbal English communication skills

School experience is not essential; we are looking for somebody with a proven ability to multi task and respond to a dynamic environment.
