KS2 Teacher (0.8 FTE, Fixed Term)

Greater Manchester – Bolton School

Role:
Part‑time (0.8 FTE) teacher for Key Stage 2 in the Girls’ Junior School, from September 2026 until 31 August 2027 on a fixed‑term contract.

An enthusiastic teacher who can deliver across the curriculum is required to join a selective, high‑standard girls’ junior school. The successful candidate will work within a well‑resourced team, support pupils’ academic progress, and contribute to the wide range of extra‑curricular activities the school offers.

• Plan and teach engaging lessons across the KS 2 curriculum for 7‑11 year‑old girls.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an outstanding inspection record and uphold the school’s high standards.
• Contribute to the extra‑curricular programme, including enrichment and enrichment activities, and share responsibility for the school’s community engagement.
• Utilise iPads and other mobile devices effectively within the classroom (applicants with an interest in digital learning are desirable).
• Participate in the supportive, team‑based environment, working with teaching assistants, pastoral staff, and the Deputy Head.
