We are looking for outstanding SEND TAs to support primary students in Bolton. This is a great opportunity for candidates to develop their skills and to be supported by friendly and supportive schools. We can source work on a flexible or long‑term basis.
Responsibilities- Be a role model, mentor and daily support to the child/ren you will be working with.
- Support students with SEND to overcome social and academic barriers.
- Support the class teacher in delivery of the curriculum.
- Make reasonable adjustments to ensure students thrive in the setting.
- Provide 1:1 or group support to identified students.
- Be passionate about supporting students with SEND.
- Provide support advice and guidance.
- Promote independence in line with the setting's policy.

- Provides learning opportunities both inside and outside of the classroom.
- Supports students to find new talents.
- Excellent training opportunities for all TAs, including CPD on Autism Awareness, Team Teach, Behaviour Management and Non‑verbal Communication.
- Consultants are ex‑teachers or support staff with SEND experience, providing unparalleled knowledge of the sector.
- You will have a professional consultant as a personal point of contact throughout your time working with us.
