Lead Practitioner; Behaviour and Pastoral

This is a key strategic leadership position at the heart of our school.

• Model outstanding practice in behaviour support and pastoral care
• Lead and develop a team of pastoral specialists
• Coach, mentor and train staff to ensure consistently high standards
• Champion inclusive, evidence-informed approaches to behaviour and SEND

With a 0.7 teaching commitment, you will remain firmly rooted in classroom practice while shaping whole-school systems and culture.

• Has at least five years' successful mainstream primary teaching experience
• Demonstrates strong leadership with integrity and empathy
• Understands evidence-based strategies for supporting pupils with autism and ADHD
• Can analyse data to drive improvement and hold others to account
• Can lead high quality CPD and support staff to embed agreed strategies
