Teaching Assistant KS3/KS4 PRU Contract Type: 9am-3pm Monday
- Thursday and 9am-2pm on a Friday.

• Be a role model, mentor and daily support to the child/ren you will be working with.
• Support students with SEND to overcome social and academic barriers.
• Support the class teacher in delivery of the curriculum.
• Make reasonable adjustments to ensure students thrive in the setting.
• Provide 1:1 or group support to identified students.
• Be passionate about supporting students with SEMH needs.
• Provide support advice and guidance.
• Promote independence in line with the settings policy.

• Is a small SEMH specialist education setting.
• Has a brilliant team ethos.
• Provides learning opportunities both inside and outside of the classroom.
• Supports students to find new talents.

• You have an energetic and bubbly personality.
• You have knowledge of SEND and the impact it may have on students.
• You want to make a difference to the lives of young people.
