Aspire People is currently recruiting for a Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant to work within supportive primary and secondary schools across Bolton. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone experienced in behaviour support and committed to making a positive difference.

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH and additional needs
• Supporting pupils with behavioural challenges using Team Teach strategies
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Helping to create a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting pupils both in and outside of the classroom when required

• Valid Team Teach certification (essential)
• Previous experience working with children or young people with additional needs
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
