This role is perfect for individuals eager to gain classroom experience before pursuing a pathway into teaching, special educational needs (SEND), pastoral support, or educational psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-time Teaching Assistant role – ASAP start, based at a secondary school in Bolton
  • Support classroom teaching across a variety of subjects
  • Provide one‑on‑one or small group support to pupils who need extra help
  • Assist in preparing learning materials and organising displays
  • Help manage behaviour and track student progress
  • Build strong working relationships with staff, pupils, and families
  • Take part in regular training and receive ongoing support throughout the school year

Experience:
