The Governors of this outstanding, vibrant, multicultural Catholic Primary School wish to appoint an inspirational and innovative Deputy Head Teacher. We are looking for an outstanding teacher and leader to join our Senior Leadership Team. We are seeking someone who will continue to build and enhance an exceptional and caring learning environment where all members of the school community can thrive.

We are looking for a strong, dynamic and inspirational leader who
:

• Is a practicing Catholic with a strong personal faith, who can confidently lead, develop and model high quality worship and support the spiritual formation of pupils and staff.
• Can demonstrate a proven ability to lead impactful whole-school improvement. Who is passionate about children’s learning and has a proven track record of raising attainment and developing the whole child.
• Is approachable, reflective and an effective communicator, able to build trust, foster collaborative and positive relationships with the whole community.
• Engages proactively in professional learning and stays informed about current educational research.
• Provides strong support to the Head Teacher and is confident in taking on key leadership responsibilities when required.
• Is hard-working and well organised with excellent management skills who has a proven record of developing and working positively with a staff team.
