Site Supervisor

A fantastic opportunity awaits at a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Bolton for a Site Supervisor to start ASAP.

To carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs during the school day and monitor major works during school holidays. Be required to manage the work of contractors on site monitor services provided externally, such as window cleaning.

To ensure that all school facilities are in excellent and safe condition with the highest possible standards of cleanliness for use by pupils, staff and visitors. Ensuring that the school site is in an excellent and safe condition and the estate is maintained in accordance with statutory health and safety and buildings regulations.

• Ability to carry out minor repairs to the fabric and fittings of the building

• Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 15:00pm
• Friday 6:30am - 11:30am
• Full time
• All year contract
• 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Grade 5 SCP £25,583 to SCP 9 £ 27,254 per annum

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
