We are looking for a teacher who has a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and is passionate about creating a positive, inclusive environment where children can thrive.

The Role:

As a teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that follow the National Curriculum and help students develop both academically and personally. You'll foster a caring, supportive classroom atmosphere where each child feels valued.

Your role will include planning, teaching, and assessing lessons, with a focus on creating an environment where students can grow in confidence and achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Create engaging and dynamic lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students
Monitor and track students' progress, providing targeted support when needed
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages all students to participate and succeed
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to support different learning styles
Provide constructive feedback to students and set targets to help them improve
Maintain effective classroom management and ensure a safe, respectful environment for learning
Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A good grasp of the National Curriculum and the ability to deliver it effectively
A caring, nurturing approach to teaching, with the ability to support students' individual needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, productive learning environment
Passion for teaching and a commitment to making a difference in students' lives
Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting is desirable, but not essential
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, ready to contribute to the school community
