Dentistry at Bolton is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our close-knit and well-established clinical team. Schedule- Mondays: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
We are seeking a personable, patient-centered dentist with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. Excellent communication is essential—someone who explains treatment clearly, builds trust, and integrates seamlessly into a friendly, cohesive team.
About the PracticeDentistry at Bolton is located within a busy medical building that features family physicians, specialists, and wellness services—ensuring excellent visibility and a reliable stream of new patients. With 3,250 active patients and a strong recall program, the practice maintains a steady pace with approximately 15 new patients each month. The office features 5 operatories, with 2 dedicated to the associate and 2 hygiene rooms operating daily.
Our team is long-tenured, stable, and deeply supportive: a mix of CDA, hygienists, and a Team Lead who also functions as a Treatment Coordinator. Most staff have been with the practice for over five years, creating a cohesive and welcoming environment both for patients and new clinicians.
The practice is fully digital, equipped with Tracker PMS, iOS scanning, Panoramic imaging, digital X‑rays, and paperless charting. Natural light, spacious operatories, and spotless maintenance contribute to an exceptional clinical environment.
Clinical FocusThis role is ideal for a dentist comfortable across a broad scope of general dentistry, with the ability to diagnose and perform:
- Basic and advanced endodontics (molar retreatments, calcified canals)
- Simple and surgical extractions, including impacted third molars
- Crown & bridge
- Implant dentistry
- Invisalign
- Nitrous and IV sedation available onsite
Full patient handover allows immediate traction and growth.
