Appointment Setter (Field Based) - £26,000 in Bolton, Greater Manchester. Do you want more control over your working day?

We are looking for a Tenant Engagement Officer to join our Water Team in a fully field-based role. You’ll work out in the community, speaking directly with residents and introducing them to a free water-saving service.

Every conversation you start can lead to a booked appointment while helping households reduce their water bills.

28 days paid holiday, including bank holidays.

• Mileage allowance to support your travel
• Full training provided, so you can quickly build confidence in the role
• Temp-to-perm opportunity with a minimum 6-month contract and potential long-term position
• Control over your working day by managing your own schedule and travel route

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with residents about the free water-efficiency programme
• Carry out simple indoor water surveys such as meter readings and flow checks
• Arrange installation appointments for the plumbing team
• Record visits and bookings accurately using a CRM system
• Provide practical advice to help residents reduce water usage

• Full UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle
• Ability to pass a clean DBS check
• Willingness to travel within a 20–25 mile radius
• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing or customer engagement
