A children's residential care provider in Bolton is seeking a Team Leader to support staff and deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care to young people with complex needs. The successful candidate will lead the team, promote a nurturing environment, and address care planning and safeguarding. Candidates should have a Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children & Young People and significant experience in residential care.

This full-time position offers a salary of £15.50 to £16.00 per hour.
