Aboutthe Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our Deal Operations team as an Onboarding Administrator initially on a 12 months fixed term contract with potential to become permanent. This is an office-based role, where you will play a key part in supporting Business Sales and M&A deal processes in a fast-paced working environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Operations & Administration within the Business Sales and M&A industry. You don’t need direct industry experience — full training is provided, and you will learn directly from our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between Operations, Sales, Compliance and Clients to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Collection and verification of client documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records within our CRM database and Excel spreadsheets.
- Provide clear and concise communication to clients throughout their Onboarding journey.
- Provide support to the Ops Support team within the Admin department as and when required.
- Assist with the uploading of our clients’ adverts to third party marketing portals and update with new information as and when accordingly.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Brilliant communication skills with internal and external contacts.

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
