We are seeking a Highly experienced and dedicated garage Administrator to join our small team at Bolton tyre & Exhaust Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admin tasks and customer service within the automotive industry this full time position will require some Saturdays.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet and greet customers with a friendly and professional manner, schedule and manage appointments for service and repairs.
Answer all phone calls/email enquiries promptly Handle cash and card payments/perform other admin duties as needed.
Assistance in the maintaining of accounting records on xero would be an advantage.
REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a admin/receptionist, Ideally in a garage or automotive setting.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in using office software (eg Microsoft office suite) Ability to multi task and manage time effectively Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual Ability to work independently or part of a team.
Experience working with XERO would be a advantage.
