The role focuses on customer liaison, quotations, invoicing and sales administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting technical teams delivering high-quality servicing, diagnostics and complex repair work across varied vehicle platforms.
This role would suit an organised, proactive administrator with previous motor trade experience who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment. It is ideal for someone confident handling enquiries, managing documentation and supporting sales processes, who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling general administration duties within a busy workshop
- Answering incoming calls and managing customer enquiries
- Preparing and issuing quotations
- Managing sales administration and documentation
- Raising invoices and maintaining accurate records
