Warehouse Associate

We are currently hiring warehouse associates in the Bolton area

Location Bolton
Shift Time 6:30am-3pm plus overtime

Bolton:
Pay R $19.50
Notes Candidates must drive, not bus accessible
Must pass a crim check

Looking for super reliable GL’s that we can count on

Looking for:

• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience (No forklift experience required)

• Comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling- up to 50lbs

• Need RF scanner experience

• Good communication skills

• Eager, and want to be a part of a team long term – this role will turn permanent for the right candidates!

• need to be ok with allot of walking and using a rolling ladder for picking

Position Summary:

The DC Associate has overall responsibility for receiving and moving materials within warehouse. An integral part of the team, the DC Associate verifies the inventory quantity and assists in inventory level maintenance, maintains complete and accurate paperwork, and operates warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
Primary responsibilities of the DC Associate include, but are not limited to:

• Marks pallets with identifying store information

• Uses manual pallet jack as needed

• Wrap pallets as needed

• Use of Mouse Cart may be required

• Pick and pack and build skids and parts for branch replenishment

• Uses a hand-held radio frequency device (RF Scanner)

• Housekeeping, including garbage disposal, sweeping, dusting, cleaning spills

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
