Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Logistics Coordinator based in Bolton, ON. The Logistics Coordinator will plan and oversee daily transportation operations, coordinate delivery schedules, and manage inventory to meet client requirements. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and ensuring effective communication with team members, drivers, and clients. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating data and optimizing logistics operations
• Coordinate the movement of freight
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, drivers, and team members
• Experience in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management, including an understanding of best practices in these areas
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and adapt to challenges
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
