AAA and Summer Hockey Coaches

Overview

This is a part-time role for AAA Spring and Summer Hockey Coaches, based in Canada, USA and Europe. Coaches will be responsible for recruiting players, planning and executing practice sessions, providing skill development instruction, organizing game strategies, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment. Additionally, they will mentor athletes of various skill levels, monitor player progression, promote teamwork, and communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff.

• Strong understanding of hockey fundamentals, skill development, and strategic gameplay
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Ability to create structured practice sessions and develop game strategies
• Experience working with athletes across various age groups and skill levels
• Familiarity with coaching certifications and safety protocols is an asset
• Ability to motivate players and foster teamwork and sportsmanship
• Previous experience coaching hockey or being involved in organized hockey is a plus
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during scheduled tournaments
