Apparel Production Assistant – Heat Press & DTF Printing

We are seeking a skilled Apparel Production Technician who can multi‑task and is experienced with heat pressing, DTF (Direct‑to‑Film) printing, and number/name placement on garments. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative, and quality‑focused environment.

• Operate heat press machines for various types of apparel
• Execute DTF transfers with accuracy and consistency
• Perform name and number placement on jerseys and uniforms
• Ensure alignment, placement, and finishing meets quality standards
• Prepare garments and materials for decoration
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations
• Assist with other production tasks as needed

Salary Type: per hour Salary: 19.95

• Prior experience in heat pressing and DTF transfers (required)
• Strong attention to detail and alignment
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with garment types and apparel decoration best practices
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a production setting
• Fluent in English, a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Experience with vinyl cutting or screen printing
• Knowledge of custom jersey layout/design
• Graphic design software basics (e.g., Illustrator, Corel Draw)
