Physiotherapist role at Lifemark Health Group.

Location:

Bolton, ON.

Schedule:

21.50 hours/week. Base pay range: CA $36.92/hr - CA $54.14/hr.

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Mentor and provide leadership as assigned.
• Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline workflow.
• Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.

• Active license in good standing with the provincial regulatory college.
• Professional liability insurance (as required).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
• 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply).
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• A valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months).
• Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance.
