Maintain and secure accounting systems; test, review and implement new and revised software; collect, organize, and analyze all system functions including data integrations for integrity. Act as technical SME for all financial systems and assist and support users of all levels with accounting and finance system software issues as the need arises. Act as a liaison between the Finance and IT departments.

Meet with IT to explain, discuss and resolve system functionality and data processing issues. Meet with various department representatives to supply data processing needs. Meet with external auditors to provide information about data processing flow and security. You will use your knowledge to participate in all aspects of system management and enhancement / addition projects over their life cycle, help drive changes to increase automation within our IT environment, ensure all day‑to‑day financial transactions and financial systems are operating as designed and that all financial system matters are addressed in a timely basis.

• Responsible for the Administration function of all Finance Systems.
• Act as a Super User and provide end‑user support and training on all Finance systems.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including policies, procedures, SOPs and training manuals.
• Support month end activities, including accounts reconciliation, closing, translation, and consolidation, and reporting.
• Responsible for Metadata maintenance, including Chart of Accounts, and various accounting hierarchies.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining various financial reports.
• Investigate and resolve systems, integrations, and data issues raised by the end users.
• First level of support to troubleshoot systems errors and coordinate with IT the resolutions for complex issues as necessary.
• Document issues and resolutions and implement proactive actions to avoid future occurrences.
