Job Description

Capable of independently designing plastic/silicon injection molds. Projects are 100% done by designer: concept, 3D model, 2D details, BOM. Focus on unique multi cavity molds. Communicate and support manufacturing. Maintain ISO conformity in the production department. Participate regularly in R&D technical development meetings. Adherence to all GMP, clean room, and ISO procedures. This is a summary of some of the daily duties and responsibilities.

Management may alter or assign duties as required.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands on mold design experience
Multi-cavity experience
Experience with custom design

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Solidworks experience (or similar software)
Experience with plastics, rubber, and/or silicone
Automation Experience
