The community needs of the
Town of Caledon have been the focus of
Caledon Community Services (CCS) since 1971.

Mission:To help people help themselves by working creatively and responding to community needs.

CCS is a non-profit organization that provides health care and community services to the residents of Caledon.
CCS supports assisted living for seniors, newcomer services, youth and employment services, specialized transportation services, food support, and referrals to community resources.

Volunteer Store Associates contribute to the generation of revenue in support of various CCS programs and activities by assisting in the safe, efficient and customer friendly operation of Evolve Caledon.

• Greet all Exchange visitors & appropriately assist or guide them
• Ensure privacy of client information is always protected
• Track client information manually
• Answer & deal with incoming calls
• Respond to or appropriately deal with voice messages
• Provide administrative support to staff
• Leave desk top neat and clean
• Excellent opportunity to learn about The Exchange food bank
