About the Opportunity
Responsibilities- Manage CEO/CFO calendars, travel, and meetings
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and reports
- Handle confidential communication
- Reconcile contractor data and 1099s
- Support tax, compliance, and board reporting
- Maintain secure financial records
- 3+ years of experience as an EA, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings/travel/accommodations
- Experience supporting at the Executive/ C-Suite Level
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 /year
