Pur Minds Enterprises, Inc.is reaching a pivotal milestone in our growth strategy. We are officially preparing for our
PCAOB audit
and
Rule 15c2-11
filing as we work toward an uplift to the
OTCQB/OTCQX
tiers. To support this transition, we are looking for a
Technical Accounting Lead
for a high-impact, 4–8 week project.

Reporting directly to our CFO/COO, this role is a "sprint" focused on technical validation and the authorship of SEC-grade accounting memos. This is a unique opportunity for a technical specialist to play a key role in a public company’s path to becoming a Reporting Issuer.

• RTO Accounting & Consolidation
• PCAOB Audit Readiness
• US GAAP Technical Memos
• Equity & Capital Structure Documentation
