We are recruiting a Clinical Lead Registered Nurse to join our team at Haddon House Nursing Home in Clowne, S43
. At Haddon House we provide care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia and complex needs.

  Full‑time with Registered Nurse shifts, some on‑call, and supernumerary hours to be discussed.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with strong leadership qualities, experience of establishing effective clinical practice systems, and the ability to oversee nursing and treatment areas. You will provide clinical leadership, maintain effective communication with all staff and health‑care professionals, support clinical governance, supervise staff, manage infection prevention and control, coordinate care planning and audits, and other related duties.

You will work closely with our Registered Manager and Senior Management team
