Lo Store Manager presso Pinalli si occupa di:
Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati e lo sviluppo della cifra d'affari;
Gestire, formare e motivare i propri collaboratori;
Assistere i clienti e garantire elevati standard di servizio in vendita;
Coordinare e mantenere il corretto merchandising del punto vendita e il riassortimento prodotto;
Applicare le procedure e le direttive aziendali, riferendo direttamente al District Manager di zona;
Gestire i turni del personale con lo scopo di massimizzare l'efficienza dello store.
