You will join a rapidly-expanding team that provides advisory services on corporate performance management systems, assisting clients in analysis, design reviews, and processes supporting the CFO, and the development of technological platforms.
Responsibilities Redefine business performance management strategies for leading Italian and international companies, assisting the CFO in redesigning the performance model
Analyze and define new functional requirements for budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales and operational planning, and product costing; implement innovative performance management solutions
Design IT solutions for financial and business processes and assist during implementation, working with main EPM tool suppliers (Oracle, Tagetik, Board)
Implement and configure software solutions for consolidation (e.g., Oracle, FCCS, Narrative Reporting, Account Reconciliation)
Maintain knowledge of relevant accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS) and ensure compliance of consolidated financial statements
Monitor pre- and post-transformation performance
Prepare functional analysis documents
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Economics/STEM subjects2+ years of experience in similar roles at a consulting company or firm Familiar with control models, budgeting and forecasting, consolidated and statutory financial statements and management accounts, financial planning
Excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study/work experience abroad
Familiar with Oracle models (Cloud, EPM, PBCS, FCCS, HFM, Planning), Tagetik, One Stream Problem solver with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team Willingness to take on challenges and demonstrate leadership in tough situations
