TXM are working in partnership with a global leader in the automation and robotics industry. As a PLC Commissioning Engineer, you will be working for a global intralogistics business who specialise in the design and development of highly automated solutions that enable customers to meet their logistics & supply chain needs. You will have the opportunity to commission control systems that interface with state-of-the-art machinery.

Salary & Benefits
€2,985 - €3,100 monthly gross salary.
Monthly allowance up to €1,350 for travel expenses.
Additional monthly allowance of up to €1,350 for personal expenses.
Flights and accommodation paid for when working away from Graz.
First 3 months accommodation provided in Graz after relocation.
Pension, insurances & ongoing training.

PLC Commissioning Engineer Responsibilities:
Understanding the project scope and creating PLC programs that will control automated machinery.
International travel at circa 70%. You will travel directly to customer sites to complete the installation and commissioning phase of the project.
Whilst on site, you will support the customer by leading on the testing/configuration stage and providing the necessary training to staff.
Internal & external communication is a big part of this role. You will work with internal departments at all stages of the project to ensure successful delivery to the customer.

Experience & requirements for the role:
Programming and commissioning experience of Siemens PLCs
Knowledge of electrical engineering
Ability to work in collaboration with internal and external project teams
English language is a requirement, German is advantageous
Eligible to work in Austria
Hold a valid driver’s licence
Willing to travel globally
