Central Care Cancer Center at the Carrie J. Babb Cancer Center provides comprehensive medical oncology, hematology, and radiation oncology services to patients across an eight-county region in southwest Missouri.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established oncology team in a relationship-centered, highly collaborative environment.

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Oncology, you will:
Establish and maintain meaningful rapport with patients and families
Perform evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, medications, and side effect management
Collaborate directly with Medical Oncologists on chemotherapy regimens and care plans
Review labs, imaging, and diagnostic results to ensure safe, high-quality care
Coordinate follow-up care and ongoing management
Serve as a consistent clinical presence for patients throughout their treatment journey
This role blends autonomy with structured physician collaboration — ideal for someone who values teamwork and clinical depth.
QualificationsEducation & Certification
Master’s or Doctorate degree required
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant
Experience
Oncology experience preferred but not required
New graduates are welcome to apply
