Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting for a Clinic Manager for our Dermatology Clinic locatedin Bolivar, MO.CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 long-term care facilities, and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, rehab therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!
About the area:Located in the heart of the Ozarks, our main campus in Bolivar features state-of-the-art technologies andnewly renovated and expanded facilities. A typical day will include:Overseeing daily clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and facility management.
Responsibilities- Manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, workload management,and performance evaluation
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers (APRNs/PAs), nurses, dietitians, and social workers to coordinate care
- Managethe clinic s budget, ensuring efficient billing and coding, and optimizing revenue cycle management
- Ensure the clinic adheres to all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
This position is:Full-time, Mon-Fri - 8am-4:30pm
Job Requirements- Experience:
1-3 yearsof prior experience as a clinic manager preferred - Skills:
Management, organization, time management, and computer skills required - Licensure/Certification: N/A
