Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring an Information Service Analyst to join the Information Technology department. CMH is comprised of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. CMH offers acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, to support the community.
This role is for a nurse with a passion for technology and workflow improvement. You will bridge clinical practice and digital solutions by partnering with care teams to understand workflows, translating needs into technical requirements, supporting and optimizing MEDITECH, participating in upgrades and testing, analyzing data for improvement opportunities, and ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. No computer degree is required;
a willingness to learn and grow is essential. Ideal candidates have active nursing experience, strong communication skills, comfort with technology, and familiarity with clinical workflows. Preference given to candidates who have worked with MEDITECH, served as super-users, or participated in informatics or process-improvement initiatives.
About the area: Bolivar is located in the Ozarks with a hometown feel and affordable housing options. Springfield is about 40 minutes away with a variety of attractions, and Branson is about an hour away with shows, shopping, and family activities.
About the department: The Information Services department designs, implements, secures, and maintains the organization’s digital infrastructure. IT ensures that computer systems and information technologies operate reliably to support clinical and operational excellence. Working collaboratively across departments, IT partners with care providers to enhance workflows, streamline communication, and improve patient care.
A typical day includes: As an Information Service Analyst, you will bridge the gap between healthcare providers and IT systems to ensure clinical workflows are supported by efficient, user-friendly digital solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain reports by evaluating end-user and HCIS team needs.
- Anticipate the impact of decisions on other modules, departments, processes, and analysts by maintaining a global view of all systems.
- Maintain all aspects of reporting, including submission of meaningful use attestations and audit documentation.
- Education: Healthcare or Information Technology-related degree or equivalent experience.

- Skills:
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Licensure/Certification: Healthcare or Information Technology related
- Physical: Ability to work at a computer 90% of the day and stand for the remaining 10%
