Full Time - Days - 8:30am-5:00pm. Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Customer Intake Specialist to assist customers at our Home Medical Equipment (HME) department. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 long-term care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

About the area: Located in the heart of the Ozarks, our main campus in Bolivar has a hometown feel and affordable housing options. Springfield is only 40 minutes away with a variety of attractions and restaurants, and Branson is about an hour away with shows and family activities.

About the department: Home Medical Equipment serves 8 counties in southwest Missouri. Services include respiratory equipment (oxygen, CPAP, and supplies), mobility equipment (walkers, rollators, wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, scooters), bath aids, crutches, compression hosiery, and lift chairs. HME works with patients and providers to bill for equipment, provides delivery and setup, and offers education on equipment use and maintenance. Our teams collaborate to exceed the expectations of each patient.

• Coordinating equipment set-up and removal in the patient’s home
• Modifying, adjusting, and conducting trial fittings
• Taking requisitions for equipment for set-up or return
• Providing instruction on the use, care, and maintenance of the equipment

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  NA
• Skills:
  
  Computer, Customer Service
• Licensure/Certification:
  Family and Friends CPR within 6 months of employment, Valid Driver’s License, Mastectomy Fitter Certification within 6 months of employment
• Physical:
  Ability to stand for 90% of the day and sit for the remaining 10%

The position is Full Time Days, 8:30am-5:00pm
