Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 1:45 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $22/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
About the RoleIntegrity Trade Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to join our distribution center specializing in car mats and related automotive accessories. In this leadership position, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, guide a team of associates, and ensure a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet daily productivity, quality, and safety standards. Assign tasks based on individual skills and workload priorities, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Operational Coordination: Review reports and communicate with team members to prioritize tasks, monitor progress throughout the shift, and adjust schedules as needed. Assist during shift transitions to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Safety & Compliance: Promote a culture of safety by enforcing company policies, safety guidelines, and proper use of PPE. Identify and address safety hazards promptly.
- Workforce Development: Support continuous learning through cross-training initiatives. Onboard new team members, and ensure they understand policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues related to reports, BOLs, and inventory discrepancies to maintain accuracy and operational integrity.
- Equipment & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Operate and assist with powered equipment as necessary, adhering to safety standards.
- Communication &
Collaboration:
Conduct daily team meetings highlighting safety updates, performance metrics, and recognition. Foster positive communication across shifts and departments. - Additional Duties: Fill in for team members when needed, assist with operational tasks during downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
- Familiar with RF scanners, inventory management, and safety protocols.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong critical thinking skills to resolve discrepancies quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse team members and management.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality history.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend work orders and instructions in English.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, kneel, lift up to 80 lbs (with assistance), and operate safety equipment.
Note:
Forklift certification may be required or offered dependent on department needs.
- Warehouse setting with exposure to loud noises and fluctuating indoor/outdoor temperatures.
- Frequent movement and physical activity required.
- Use of PPE such as safety glasses and safety shoes is mandatory.

IL Paid Leave for All Workers
An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.
An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave.
