Job Description
As a Supply Chain Process Coordinator, you’ll act as a coach for general warehouse workers, merchandise processors and recycling processors. You’ll oversee training processes, powered equipment and day-to-day tasks in a distribution center. In this role, you’ll conduct training for both new hires and existing employees.
What you’ll do- Build training plans for new hires and existing employees
- Evaluate warehouse processes and assist in monitoring standard operating procedure throughout the warehouse
- Oversee the recertification of equipment operators
- Identify gaps in training and partner with leaders to close them
- Ensure training materials and locations are organized and prepared before all training events
- Support daily operations when not conducting training
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Able to acquire and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, within 90 days of hire
- Able to stand and sit for extended periods of time
- Able to lift weight up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- 6 months of leadership and distribution experience
- 6 months of training facilitation experience
- Licensed to operate powered equipment
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office
