Warehouse Lead

Location: Bolingbrook, Illinois

CoWorx is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead in the Bolingbrook, IL area! As a Lead Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving productivity, quality, and safety across warehouse operations. You’ll lead by example—motivating associates, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining an error‑free environment. • Assign daily work and monitor team activities to ensure productivity goals are met
• Train and instruct associates on proper equipment use, operational processes, maintenance, and housekeeping standards
• Ensure tools, materials, and supplies are available and properly maintained
• Oversee equipment usage and enforce all safety programs and procedures
• Manage inventory levels and perform merchandise reconciliation
• Address performance issues, resolve operational challenges, and take corrective action when needed to support team success

• Must be 18 years old or older
• 4+ years of warehouse experience
• Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled

Schedule Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm
