Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Reach Truck Forklift Operators for the first shift at our Bolingbrook, Illinois facility.

We need a reliable Warehouse Forklift Operator to perform critical warehouse operations and support our distribution network.

• Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  First Shift Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• Employment Type:
  
  Regular Full‑time
• Travel Requirements: 0–10%

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Team player with ability to work in a diverse work environment.
• Highly thorough and dependable.
• Punctual with a good attendance record.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Commitment to health and safety methods.
• Available for flexible schedule across shift rotations.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
• Capable of performing work with minimal supervision and high accuracy, even under pressure.

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, loading, and unloading of trucks.
• Maintain day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production shift hours.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines set by the contract.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
