The Software Engineer will be responsible for building custom software solutions of high-quality while following the coding standards and technical design.

• Design and develop software applications
• Perform coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the application development process
• May direct the work of other software engineers.
• Contribute to moderately complex aspects of a project or product.
• Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
• Some travel is expected, up to 20%
• Provide 24x7 hour support for customer issues.

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience designing and developing software applications
• Experience with applications for automated or warehouse management systems.
• Proficient with Java and the JDK Framework
• Proficient with Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Proficient in JavaScript, C# and the Microsoft .NET Framework
• Experience with the following technologies:
  Java Messaging Service, Java Servlet, Windows Services, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, TCP/IP
• Experience with the following development tools:
  Eclipse, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), Star Team, Microsoft Azure/Dev Ops, Git, Source Control and Bug Tracking, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, Oracle SQL Developer, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office
• Experience designing and developing Web based systems, as well as Client / Server based applications.
• Experience in software development lifecycle methodology
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Must be able to speak, read and understand the English language
