Job Description

Total compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 / hour
What to Expect When You Work HereAs a Receiving Specialist, you will manage the store’s back‑room operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and helping process weekly pallets. You will also process damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center, report these items to the Inventory Control Team, and work closely with management to ensure adequate product levels, proper maintenance, and appropriate display of merchandise with proper signage.

- Provide an outstanding shopping experience by maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring proper placement and display of merchandise, and completing price updates.
- Maintain store presentation according to company standards, including housekeeping, merchandising, and retail standards for the backroom and workstations.
- Maintain awareness of all product knowledge, promotions, and advertisements set forth by the Marketing Team.

- Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience.
- Ability to work a retail schedule, including occasional nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer acumen, writing, and math skills for inventory and cash management.
- A self‑starter mentality with strong attention to detail.
- Open-mindedness, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for the riding community.
- Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly Retail Pro).
- Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (not required but a plus).
